CALL FOR TENDERS FD2026-02 SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF A FIRE WATER RESERVE
The Township of East Hawkesbury is soliciting tenders for the supply and delivery of a water reserve intended for the Fire Protection Service.
Contract subject
The municipality wishes to acquire:
- A water reserve of approximately 60,000 litres
- Material: Fiberglass
- Delivery included
Minimum Required Specifications
The water reserve must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Designed to accommodate a 6-inch dry hydrant
- Equipped with a level indicator (float system)
- Compatible with a pump including a 2-inch outlet
- Include the necessary concrete blocks for installation
- Include any other product, accessory, or equipment required for a complete and functional installation
Conditions
Tender submissions must include:
- Total price (including delivery)
- Delivery timelines
- Warranties offered
- Detailed technical specifications
The municipality is not obligated to accept the lowest or any tender received.

Tenders must be received no later than March 6, 2026.
